What is your favorite part of being a real estate agent?
A home purchase is usually the largest investment that an individual undertakes. We enjoy making this a rewarding, memorable and positive experience.
What is your most memorable listing?
Our most rewarding experiences often come as a result of the more emotionally driven sales. This may be a first time home purchase for a newly married couple, a move up sale or purchase with an expanding family, a sale of a home in a family estate, or a retirement home purchase.
What do you do on the weekend, that is, when you’re not hosting an Open House?
Spend time at home or traveling with our families…always our favorite pastime!
What, other than Real Estate, are you passionate about?
Quality time and enjoying each and every day that we are given…this might be a relaxing walk, an energizing bike ride, attending the kids’ games, dinner with friends, or a good book.
What’s the most important advice you would give to someone looking to sell their home?
When we meet a new client, our advice doesn’t begin until we assess their goals. Sometimes the desired outcome is time driven, equity concerns, or family issues. Our marketing plan and quality care package does not begin until this is discussed and an overall team goal is established.
What super power do you wish you had and why?
A super speed metabolism.
